Qualification
Currently the invititation to join the Hentley Farm Loyalty Program membership is open to all clients who sign up online or in our cellar door, and who meet the minimum purchase requirements of Hentley Farm Wines as outlined in the privileges section. However, our membership capacity is limited at every level, and once that capacity has been reached the minimum spends will not guarantee entry to a certain level, membership will be by invitation only.
When the minimum purchase amount is reached for a particular level, members will immediately be eligible for the privileges outlined below, excepting allocation, which will be dependent on availability.
Qualification at a particular level during any calendar year will secure relevant privileges for the remainder of that calender year and the following calendar year.
Membership levels are reviewed on January 1. Members will be advised of their purchase level in October of each year.
Membership is not transferable.
Members are required to provide a contact phone number and/or a current email address to qualify for the loyalty program.
Members' Prices
Members' prices will apply for all wine purchases exceeding minimum purchase levels.
Refund Policy
We are sure that you will be delighted by your Hentley Farm wines purchases. However, if at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, please call the Hentley Farm Wines cellar door on +8 562 8427, and we will be happy to assess your request for a credit, refund or exchange of product or the purchase price.
Delivery Policy
Goods will be dispatched within two working days from receipt of order. If for any reason we are unable to supply your order within this time we will contact you by email. Goods will be sent via Fastway Couriers/Australia Post Express Service wherever practical. Customers residing within the Fastway Couriers/Express Post Service Area will usually receive their order the next business day after dispatch.
International Customers please contact us for a freight quote before ordering.
Allocations
You are not required to purchase the amount of wine you are allocated as this is an amount reserved for you to buy should you wish.
Subject to Fire, Tempest, Terrorism or other very bad occurrence destroying our vineyard or production facility the minimum wine allocations are guaranteed.
The sizes and composition of allocations may vary over time as a result of our production capacity. Access to wine will be offered according to privilege level and on a first in, first served basis.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will appear on our website www.hentleyfarm.com.au. Membership is not transferable.
