Two set menu options are offered which are created according to the seasons, to what is abundant, fresh and excellent quality, and to what we feel harmonises with the wines that are matched to each. In serving set menus our guests can rest assured that they are experiencing the best of our sourced ingredients in each dish, and we invite them to place their trust in us and enjoy the experience.
When guests choose to undertake the "Discovery" menu, we want them to experience exactly that - a personal journey of discovery through different flavours, concepts, ingredients and pairings. This is where the chefs showcase both daily offerings and restaurant staples which reflect what they have been rigorously trialling, tasting and evolving in the kitchen.

The restaurant will open once a month for a Friday dinner service and a Sunday sunset dinner (see dates below). This menu will consist of 5 courses and combines the concepts of our du jour and discovery menu's.
