Hentley Farm at 2016 Tasting Australia

Hentley Farm is proud to be a part of two collaborative efforts in the 2016 Tasting Australia Event.

On Sunday May 1st, Hentley Farm is one of the destinations for Tasting Australia’s roving lunch. Make your 1st stop with us before touring two more of the Barossa’s award-winning, iconic food and wine venues in one progressive lunch. First taste our delicacies at Hentley Farm, then it’s off to Appellation followed by dessert at Fino at Seppeltsfield Wines.

These three restaurants are headed by a cluster of highly celebrated chefs who truly capture the flavours of the surrounding Barossa landscape.

Our second collaboration is a part of Tasting Australia’s “In the company of” series. Two hatted chef, Robin Wickens from The Royal Mail, brings his ‘direct-from-the source’ style to the Hentley Farm kitchen. On Wednesday 4th May from 12.00pm, Robin Wickens and our own Lachlan Colwill will create a one-off five course degustation using produce from the Farm and the Barossa region matched with Hentley Farm wines. An experience not to be missed!
