The ‘Old Legend’ pays homage to Barossa Grenache.  Grenache wines of various styles and blends have been produced in the Barossa for over 150 years from old vines and old clones.

Fermentation: 65% De-stemmed | 35% Whole bunch ferment | 40% Extended maceration for 45 days

Oak: French - 100% seasoned barrels | Natural malolactic fermention | 8 months maturation
